Workspaces Project Manager

A leading central London property investment and development company with a strong focus on creating high-quality office spaces, is looking for a Workspaces Project Manager to oversee the fast-paced delivery of workspace fit-outs across multiple projects. Reporting to the Head of Workspaces, this role sits within the Projects team but works in close collaboration with leasing, procurement, design, portfolio management, and customer experience teams.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fluid environments, is comfortable challenging the status quo, and can balance structure with adaptability. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fast-track rollout projects, working on multiple small-to-medium fit-out projects at any one time rather than large-scale, single-building refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet high standards of design excellence, sustainability, and customer experience within budget and timelines.
•Help refine and implement project processes and guidelines.
•Work closely with the Leasing, Portfolio, Design, and Customer Experience teams, ensuring all fit outs align with evolving flex guidelines.
•Oversee budgets, cost benchmarking, and procurement for fit outs, ensuring smart and efficient purchasing (FFE, art, planting, layering).
•Manage ‘Day 2’ projects, including asset refurbishments, minor works, and leasing-related inventory projects.
•Stay ahead of flex workspace trends, bringing insights from retail or flex space backgrounds to enhance offering.
About you:
•Experienced in rolling out multiple fit-out projects at pace—ideally within flex workspace or retail fit-outs.
•Highly methodical, with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing projects.
•Commercially savvy, with a strong understanding of supply chains, procurement, and budgets.
•Curious and proactive, willing to challenge the way things have been done to drive efficiency and innovation.
•Collaborative, able to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
•Comfortable working in a business transitioning into a more operational flex model.
