Job Title: Senior People Experience Partner – UK Capital Markets

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Day Rate: £500 - £650  (Inside IR35)

Duration: 3 Months


About the Role

Capstone have partnered with a leading international real estate consultancy, who are seeking an experienced Senior People Experience Partner to support their UK Capital Markets business during a critical transition period. This role will be pivotal in maintaining HR continuity as they recruit for permanent positions, ensuring smooth offboarding of departing team members and onboarding of new hires. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR business partnering expertise, employee relations experience, and data analysis skills to help drive people strategies and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the UK Capital Markets leadership team, providing expert people-related guidance.

•Analyse HR data to identify trends and insights, helping shape and refine HR strategies.

•Oversee workforce planning to optimise talent allocation and succession planning.

•Support talent acquisition by collaborating with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams.

•Manage complex employee relations cases, including performance management, conflict resolution, and restructuring.

•Provide data-driven recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention.

•Ensure smooth offboarding processes for exiting employees, including knowledge transfer.

•Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they integrate effectively into the business.

•Ensure HR processes comply with UK employment law and company policies.

Key Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

•7+ years of HR Business Partnering experience within a global, complex organisation.

•Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).

•Extensive experience in employee relations, including handling sensitive cases.

•Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

•Familiarity with HRIS systems, ideally Workday.

•Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

•Proven ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.


Preferred Skills & Experience:

•CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification.

•Experience in real estate, financial services, or a Big 4 consultancy.

•Exposure to rewards projects and talent reviews.

•Knowledge of predictive analytics and workforce planning tools.


Working Environment

•Hybrid working model: Minimum 3 days in-office at Warwick Street, London.

•Core working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday (flexibility available).

•No client interaction – strictly internal stakeholder engagement.

•Potential for permanent placement based on performance.
