Senior Project Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location: Central London

Capstone has partnered with a central London-focused leader in project management services, helping their clients implement CAT A & B projects to the highest standard. They operate as a specialist consultancy providing services to some of the UKs leading investors, developers, occupiers & funds. The firm is 30 strong and based in a modern and contemporary office in central London.

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to independently lead on projects for an impressive suite of clients. This is a growing but already well-established team, who are truly excellent at supporting further professional development and career progression.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Delivering commercial new build & fit out projects from inception through to completion.
• Reporting to senior management with day-to-day project activities.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of all the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
• Manage and mentor junior members of the team.

Attributes

• Ideally you will be degree educated & chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, RIBA)
• Experience in managing data through Microsoft Office packages
• Enthusiasm and commitment to provide exceptional work and support to the team
• Proficient in report formatting and high attention to detail
• Confident in liaising at all levels both internally and externally
• Excellent organisation and prioritising ability
