Chartered Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to Work for Stewart Watson

Flexible working - London Office on Fleet Street

Salary - Up to £80,000 + Bonus

Capstone have partnered with the team at Stewart Watson to recruit a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor to join their highly experienced and well-established team who operate within the commercial sector in London for investment and occupational purposes!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has good experience to continue learning and growing in a supportive team who will help you develop your career within the consultancy. You will be part of an established group of Surveyors who work on both small and large projects and have some great benefits to go along with it as well as a Bonus. Your Role:

Your role within the company will be to undertake the core Building Surveying services and help support the team around you, the work consists of:

• Building surveys for Investment or occupational purposes
• Contract Administration
• Preparation of specifications and schedules of work
• Drafting of Standard Contract forms
• Collating project documentation
• Defect analysis
• Dilapidations
• Project Monitoring
• Preparation of Schedule of condition and negotiating on behalf of Landlord or Tenant
• Party Wall Matters
• Project Management of new build and fit out projects

• MRICS Qualification
• Friendly and efficient
• Team player
• Commercial Consultancy experience
