The Opportunity;

This leadership role offers the chance to oversee the delivery of landmark urban developments, including 30- to 50-storey towers in prime city locations. You will take ownership of the technical design, procurement, and construction phases, working alongside a seasoned team of development professionals. This role demands technical expertise, commercial acumen, and a hands-on leadership style to ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities;

* Lead the transition from design to construction across complex, high-rise developments.
* Develop and execute procurement strategies, appointing and managing contractors and consultants.
* Oversee on-site construction delivery, balancing technical oversight with strategic leadership.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Value-engineer innovative solutions to optimize costs and mitigate risks.
* Drive quality assurance and compliance with all relevant UK building regulations and safety standards.

The Ideal Candidate;

* Significant construction delivery experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-rise residential towers
* Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and risk management.
* Expertise in managing the full project lifecycle, from design and procurement to practical completion.
* A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and navigate board-level decision-making.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the Building Safety Act and building regulations.

Sector expertise: Experience in Build-to-Rent (BTR), PBSA, hotels, or Build-to-Sell is highly desirable.
