Director - Cost Management Leadership Role

The Role
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will:

• Collaborate with existing senior directors to leverage relationships and secure new business opportunities.
• Drive the growth of the cost management offering, focusing on the commercial occupier and commercial development sectors (other sectors welcome, excluding infrastructure projects).
• Build and lead a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and ensure best practices in cost management.
• Play a pivotal role in business development, with demonstrable experience in winning work and managing client engagements.

What We're Looking For

• MRICS qualified professional with a proven track record of winning work within a cost consultancy.
• Previous consultancy experience in commercial occupier and/or commercial development projects.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to bring new opportunities to the business.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing team.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
