Client Side Quantity Surveyor - High-End Residential Projects

Capstone's Cost Management team are working with one of Londons leading super prime residential developers to find a Quantity Surveyor to oversee the delivery of luxury residential projects located across London's most prestigious areas. Based in West London, you will have the chance to work on some of Londons most exclusive developments working alongside leading architects, interior designers, and a talented Development Management team.

As part of the team, you will:

• Manage project costings and budgets from inception through to completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for subcontractors, ensuring delivery standards align with client expectations.
• Play a dual role in some cases, acting as both the client and the main contractor.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Split your time between project sites (3 days per week) and the West London office (2 days per week).

About You
The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience working on super-prime, high-end residential developments in London.
• A background in working with main contractors or developers.
• Strong cost management skills, with a track record of managing subcontractors and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• The ability to deliver high-quality developments from inception to handover.
