Title: Project Manager

Package: Up to £60,000 + Package

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial office projects? We are working with an established consultancy based in London, seeking a proactive and driven Project Manager to join their growing team. With a focus on high-quality, commercial projects, this role offers the opportunity to manage diverse projects, including office refurbishments, fit-outs, and remodels, within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial projects, including CAT A/B office refurbishments and fit-outs.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project costs, contracts, and ensure compliance with all legal and contractual requirements.
• Ensure all project phases align with agreed-upon specifications and deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management, with a strong focus on commercial office projects.
• Experience in managing CAT A/B office fit-outs and refurbishments.
• RICS qualification preferred, but other relevant qualifications will also be considered.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on approach to project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
• A team-oriented mindset, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
