Role Summary

Our clients are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of commercial project management experience. In this role, you will manage projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with senior directors who will provide mentorship and guidance as you advance into a leadership position. If you excel at building strong client relationships and have a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Projects: Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and strict adherence to quality standards.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering relationships and ensuring their needs are met at every stage of the project.
• Procurement Management: Execute procurement processes with precision, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and timelines.
• Contract Administration: Maintain rigorous compliance with all contract documentation while keeping meticulous records.
• Reporting and Coordination: Organize project meetings, document discussions, and provide consistent updates to both clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Directors: Work alongside experienced directors to gain valuable insights and support, gradually taking on leadership of your projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial project management, with a strong focus on managing the full project lifecycle.
• Proven client-facing experience with a talent for engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Background in Project Management, PMO, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or as a contractor.

Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal and client management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail in procurement and contract processes.
• Proactive, organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
