Job Description:

The company is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join its London office team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, spanning the entire project lifecycle-from initial concept through to completion. The successful candidate will manage projects in luxury residential, commercial, industrial, and data center sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong contract administration experience, particularly with NEC3 or NEC4 and JCT contracts, alongside a minimum of three years' experience in construction consulting within the built environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a track record in managing complex projects and delivering results for a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver projects across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and data centers.
• Lead contract administration, ensuring full compliance with contract terms (NEC3, NEC4, JCT).
• Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Provide expert advice to clients, guiding them through the entire project lifecycle.
• Act as Employer's Agent on projects, ensuring client requirements are met throughout the process.
• Maintain and develop client relationships to foster ongoing business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards on all projects.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in construction consulting within the built environment.
• Contract Experience: Strong experience in contract administration, specifically NEC3, NEC4, or JCT contracts.
• Qualifications: A construction-related degree (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Civil Engineering).
• Employer's Agent: Previous experience in an Employer's Agent role is essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
