Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: London (genuine hybrid working)

Salary: £75,000 to £90,000 plus bonus & benefits

This dynamic role involves working across a range of sectors, including private and public clients such as developers, property companies, institutional investors, and owner-occupiers. As the business continues to grow, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to take a leading role in delivering high-profile projects and shaping the future of the Project Management department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project delivery from inception to completion across a range of sectors and values.

- Source and develop business opportunities, collaborating across departments to grow the client base and contribute to the wider business.

- Implement and enhance Project Management systems and processes to drive quality and efficiency.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes.

- Deliver feasibility studies, budgeting, and risk management strategies with confidence.

- Support the development and mentoring of junior staff, contributing to the overall growth of the team.

Skills & Experience:

- Extensive Senior Project Management experience within a UK consultancy.

- Professional accreditation (RICS or equivalent).

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- A proactive approach to business development and client engagement.
