Salary Range: £60,000 to £80,000 (Senior Project Manager or Associate Director level)

Overview:

A leading Project Management and Construction Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Associate Director for an initial 3-month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent role. The position will involve managing post-completion defect work for their residential developer client, who build around 4,000 homes annually across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate the resolution of defects on completed residential projects

- Work closely with contractors to ensure timely and effective delivery of remedial work.

- Ensure clear communication and reporting to the client regarding project status and progress.

- There is no need to manage a compacted design or procurement process, as the focus is on post-completion work.

Candidate Requirements:

- Must possess strong construction knowledge and project management expertise.

- Previous experience in a contractor, developer, or project management consultancy setting is ideal.

- Capable of managing third-party contractors effectively without requiring on-site presence.

- Strong reporting and client communication skills are essential.

- Able to start immediately or within 1-2 weeks.
