Up to £70,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits

I am keen to speak to MRICS quantity surveyors who are interested in moving to a development consultancy. This role will focus on delivering central London 5-star hotel projects and new build residential projects. The company's portfolio ranges from large-scale commercial developments to private, high-quality residential apartments and hotels, including the next generation of purpose-built student accommodation.

This is an excellent opportunity to progress within a small, dynamic, and highly varied property business with plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to gain well-rounded experience to stand you in good stead to move further into the development management sphere.

This client is well known in the development sector, having been established 20 years ago, they get 90% of their work via recommendations and word-of-mouth. This is a testament to the strong connections they have made throughout the industry.

If you would like to apply, you will need:

• Experience running projects independently within commercial and residential sector
• MRICS (preferred)
• 4-7 years of experience
• Consultancy experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
