SENIOR COST MANAGER

Up to £80,000 per annum plus company benefits and bonus

They are seeking a client-facing Cost Manager who is articulate, knowledgeable, and has a strong background in construction. The firm boasts a diverse client portfolio and projects of varying scales, offering outstanding career progression and fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. Additionally, they provide comprehensive APC support to help you achieve your professional goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cost Planning
• Tendering / Bill of Quantities production
• Preparation of Contract Documents
• Valuations/Reviewing Variations
• The preparation of Financial Reports to the Client
• Contract administration
• conducting and contributing to Client Meetings

Candidate Requirements:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent certification
• Experience within the residential sector is preferred.
• RICS Chartered Surveyor or close to being chartered
• Driver's License required
• Confident and articulate - this is a Client facing role
