SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR | DATA CENTRES (EUROPEAN TRAVEL)

UP TO £75,000 per annum plus bonus and excellent benefits

Description

I am keen to speak to candidates at QS-SQS level who have an interest in going into the Data Centre market. Though previous experience in this market is preferred, it is not essential for this role. My client is working with the largest developers in the sector on some key projects, so this is an excellent time to join the fastest growing sector in the market. They have projects across Europe and this role would require some travel to these exciting locations 2-3 times per month.

You would be joining a well-established medium sized construction consultancy which is wholly owned and operated by its partners. This consultancy is well-spread over a variety of sectors with healthy pipeline and have placed themselves well in market growth sectors to ensure a profitable future.

Skills and experience:

• MRICS qualified would be ideal - or working towards being MRICS qualified
• Experienced in all aspects of Quantity Surveying
• MEP experience is advantageous
• Pre and Post Contract Administration duties as both Traditional QS and or as an employer's agent is desired
• Knowledge of various forms of procurement contracts would be ideal
• Feasibility and Cost Planning, Measurement, Contract Administration
• Residential new build and refurb sector experience would be ideal
• Private and Affordable Housing
• Extra Care and Care experience would be beneficial
• New Build and Refurbishment project experience - residential, mixed use
