Job Title: Surveyor - Property Management

Location: London

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + package

Job Description Summary:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Asset Services team, working with a key client. This is an exciting chance to become part of a growing team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about fostering local communities through property management and delivering exceptional service to occupiers, visitors, and the local community.

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of mixed-use properties/centres and provide support to Senior Surveyors, Associate Directors, and Partners within the team.
• Liaison: Work closely with on-site teams, key clients, and professional teams to ensure effective delivery of support services, including Facilities Management (FM) and Accounts.
• Performance Monitoring: Oversee key performance measures such as Service Charges, Data Management, Arrears, Cash Flow, and Turnover Rents to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the Property Management Agreement (PMA) contract are met.
• Client Interaction: Resolve occupier queries, manage licences for alterations, and chair site and client meetings.
• Property Transition: Assist in the transition of properties into and out of management, including property disposals, acquisitions, and due diligence with Investment colleagues.
• Business Development: Contribute to business development, marketing, and operational efficiencies, and lead environmental management initiatives and green plans.
• Site Inspections: Visit properties as per the agreed inspection matrix.

Requirements:

• Experience: Ideally, 1+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Knowledge: Practical understanding of day-to-day commercial property management.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Yardi Voyager (Property Management System) is desirable.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with strong communication abilities.
• IT Skills: Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritise tasks, and manage client relationships effectively.
• Licensing: Full UK driving licence with access to a car.

The portfolio consists of over 100 properties across the UK, catering to a variety of sectors. It includes popular and unique retail & leisure destinations, newly built high-end office buildings in business hubs, and tenants such as Amazon, Lloyds Banking Group, and Apple.
