Job Title: Project Manager

Location: London (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits

A leading construction consultancy with a national network of offices, headquartered in London, has instructed us on the search for a Project Manager to join their dynamic and quickly expanding team. Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing a diverse range of construction projects. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations, and contributing to the growth and success of our consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Form a crucial part of project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

• Provide strategic guidance and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement effective risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation within the project teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant project management tools and software.
