We are seeking skilled and experienced self-employed residential building surveyors to join our thriving team. With a well-established client base and continuous demand, we have immediate work available across various UK locations.

About the Role:

• Work Location: From home, covering designated postcodes
• Payment: Percentage of gross survey cost, potential earnings of £2,400 per week (gross payment weekly)
• Work Schedule: 2 surveys per day, 5 days a week
• Surveys: Level 2 and Level 3 (HomeBuyer and Full Structural Surveys)

Current Opportunities:

• Sussex and Surrey
• Hants and Berks
• West and North London
• Milton Keynes and Northampton (MK and NN postcodes)
• Norfolk

Responsibilities:

• Conduct residential building surveys for private buyers
• Complete standard forms and upload 100-150 photographs per survey to the cloud
• Ensure comprehensive understanding of property and construction

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in residential property construction
• Competence in:
  • Building regulations
  • Structural assessments
  • Electrical systems
  • Heating systems
  • Water systems
  • Roofs and chimneys
  • Brickwork
• Preferred: Assoc RICS (not essential)
• Attributes: Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively
