The Opportunity: We are seeking an ambitious and visionary VP of Design as well as a Design Manager to join our client's team in Bangalore, India. You will lead the design of the prestigious Karle Town Centre-a transformative urban development that blends work, life, and play in a state-of-the-art environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Guide the design department to deliver excellence with a vision for the future.
• Innovate: Bring creative design thinking to life, driving outcome-focused innovation in their projects.
• Collaborate: Work closely with leadership to resolve major design issues and set long-term goals.
• Mentor: Build and nurture a team of talented designers, engineers, interior designers, MEP and infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: 8 years plus in design, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale urban projects (50 million sft minimum).
• Background: Must be an expat looking to relocate to Bangalore from Europe or Asia
• International Exposure: Significant experience working on international projects in cosmopolitan cities is essential.
• Educational Background: Masters in Architecture or related fields; additional certifications like LEED, PMI, AACE, or RICS are a plus.
