Senior/Associate Chartered Building Surveyor

Location - South-West London

Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Package

I'm recruiting on behalf for a specialist Building Surveying Consultancy based in the South-West of London. I'm searching for a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor that has extensive experience in high value project based along with a background in technical Building Surveying. The Consultancy specialises within the commercial and Industrial property market across London.

The company offers high bonuses based on company performance and individual deliverables along with a good benefits package.


The role:
You will be working closely with the Building Surveying and Project Management team mainly within the industrial sector to undertake project with the value above £1m. The right person for the role will ideally be currently a Project Manager who is a chartered Building Surveyor by trade who has good experience in both of the roles and has led on high value industrial and commercial projects in contract administration and employers agent.

Experience required:

• Employers Agent

• Contract administration
• Defects analysis
• Technical due diligence
• Planned preventative maintenance and condition maintenance reports.
• Schedules of condition
• Dilapidations
• Pre-acquisition surveys.
• Support the delivery of licence to alter

About you:

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with PQE experience
• Project Management focused
• Ability to lead project to a high standard
• Industrial and commercial sector experience
• Ability too work well in a team and individually
