Up to £75,000 + Package + Bonus
I am recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Building Consultancy who provide national coverage throughout the UK providing honest advice to investors, occupiers, developers and funders in the commercial sector. The team have extensive experience which allows them to tailor their services and as such are looking for a dedicated Director to cover the London area.
The role:
This role would suit a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor who ideally has experience in Project Management and understands building pathology across the commercial and residential sector.
Essential work experience required:
- Contract Administration
- Employers agent
- Dilapidations
- Technical Due Diligence
- Preparation of Schedule of Condition
- License to Alter
- Minimum Energy Efficient Standards (MEES)
- Development Monitoring
- Demonstrable experience as a fee earning and be able to implement from day 1
Moderate experience required:
- Preparation of feasibility reports
- PPM reports
- Building condition surveys
- Acquisition Surveys
