Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Leeds, UK

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000

The Senior Project Manager will be at the forefront of client engagement and project delivery across a diverse range of sectors. This role presents a unique opportunity to work on varied property projects, collaborating closely with valued clients. Strong interpersonal skills and a consultancy background are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging directly with clients to understand their project requirements, objectives, and expectations across various sectors.
• Leading project teams effectively, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Developing and nurturing strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and proactively addressing any concerns or challenges.
• Efficiently managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and recommendations for mitigation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within a consultancy environment is essential.
• Chartered status (MICOB or MRICS) is preferred.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across various sectors and project types.
• Degree qualification in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture) is desirable.
• Experience in construction project management, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control, is required.
