Job Title: Project Manager - Hospitality Projects

Compensation: £60,000 - £65,000 annually + comprehensive benefits & bonuse

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading global consultancy firm known for delivering top-tier construction and development solutions. Specialising in hospitality projects throughout the UK.

Position Overview:

This is an opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to join our client's London team, and delivery transformative hospitality projects, from luxury resorts to immersive theme parks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hospitality projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track with timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, clients, and project teams to understand project needs and deliver accordingly.
• Apply your construction expertise to provide insights throughout the project lifecycle.
• Administer JCT contracts effectively to manage project obligations.
• Oversee project activities, promptly resolving any issues that arise.
• Take a proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the hospitality sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes.
• Expertise in JCT contracts and project administration.
• Previous consultancy experience preferred - with experience acting as an Employers Agent & Contract Administrator
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
