Position: Chartered Building Surveyor

Salary: £60,000 + benefits and bonus
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading consultancy of Chartered Surveyors to work mainly within the commercial and residential sector in their London office. As part of their continued growth, I am looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join an expanding team with good benefits and an excellent career progression path.
As a Chartered Surveyor you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support clients across the commercial and residential sectors. For this you must have strong technical knowledge of building construction and will be able to provide advice on property condition, defects, and remedial works.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting building surveys, inspections and producing details reports on the condition, defects and remedial work
- Undertaking technical due diligence
- Preparing schedules of condition and dilapidations
- Project Management of refurbishment and alteration works including Contract Administration
- Provide strategic advice on property maintenance
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Key Requirements:
- MRICS with relevant Building Surveying experience
- Strong technical knowledge of building construction
- Excellent report writing
- Full UK driving license
