An industry-leading consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding London team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects and a team while supporting a growing pipeline that includes high-value luxury residential projects, and working with global clients, as well as some of London's biggest landlords.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-profile projects while overseeing a dedicated team. With a focus on collaboration and leadership, you will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, cost, and time, while working closely with clients and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-value residential projects
- Lead and mentor a growing team of project managers and junior staff
- Act as a key client interface, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
- Drive project delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and time objectives are achieved
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver iconic, design-led interior projects
- Be part of a collaborative environment focused on innovation and excellence
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in project management within the built environment
- Strong technical background – ideally from an architectural or civil engineering .
- MRICS, MICOB, or RIBA accreditation is required
- Excellent leadership and client-facing skills with the ability to lead teams and inspire others
- Ambitious and career-driven, with a passion for delivering best-in-class, design-led projects
- Team-oriented and thrives in a collaborative setting
