I am recruiting for a leading independent property consultancy, providing market-leading advice and services across commercial and residential property. The Project & Building Consultancy team is at the forefront of delivering high-quality, client-focused project management services across the commercial sector.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead and manage a range of CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects within the commercial sector, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Lead on contract administration, working primarily with JCT contracts.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from inception to completion, including feasibility, procurement, design management, and construction delivery.
- Act as the key client interface, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and smooth project progression.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Drive high standards of project performance, ensuring quality control, budget adherence, and risk management.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the commercial property sector.
- Strong experience in CAT A and CAT B fit-outs and a deep understanding of JCT contracts.
- A track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on contract administration, cost control, and stakeholder management.
- Relevant qualifications such as MRICS, MAPM, or similar (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
