Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects across luxury residential, design-led commercial, and large-scale industrial sectors.
• Develop project strategies, plans, and budgets, ensuring successful execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (developers, investors, and occupiers) to understand and meet their requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing clear direction and leadership.
• Monitor project performance and report on key metrics to clients and senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in project management within luxury residential, design-led commercial, or large-scale industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and procurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
