Role Overview:
The company is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join its thriving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile clients across multiple sectors, including luxury residential developments, innovative and design-led commercial spaces, and large-scale industrial projects that shape the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing projects across luxury residential, design-led commercial, and large-scale industrial sectors.

• Developing project strategies, plans, and budgets, ensuring successful execution.

• Coordinating with stakeholders, including developers, investors, and occupiers, to understand and meet their requirements.

• Managing risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track.

• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, providing clear direction and leadership.

• Monitoring project performance and reporting on key metrics to clients and senior management.

• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in project management within luxury residential, design-led commercial, or large-scale industrial sectors.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and procurement.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS or MCIOB) are advantageous.
