Capstone’s Project Management team have been retained to find a Project Director to join a fast-growing building consultancy based in London who have gained a strong reputation for the delivery of some of London’s most high profile commercial developments. This is a fantastic time to join our client who will set out a clear route to Director level and the financial reward for those who come in and do well is market leading.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director, you will take a leadership role in the successful delivery of large-scale new-build office developments while acting in a consultancy capacity, including employer’s agent and contract administration. This is an opportunity to be involved in high-profile projects while also contributing to team management and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage major new-build commercial projects (£100m+)
- Act as employer’s agent and contract administrator on office developments
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence
- Support with team leadership and mentoring
- Assist in business development and strengthening client relationships

- Strong background in project management, contract administration, and employer’s agent roles
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and develop client relationships
