We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects, with a reputation for excellence and a client-focused approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage residential and commercial (CAT A) projects from start to finish.
- Work independently to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
- Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management within the residential and commercial sectors.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in construction/project management
