Senior Project Manager, Residential – Consultancy

£75,000 - £85,000 plus bonus

We are working with a boutique project management & cost consultancy that specialises in delivering high-quality residential projects. Their portfolio includes Later Living, PBSA, BTR, and Student Accommodation, working closely with leading developers and investors. With a growing pipeline of work from both new and existing clients, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to their London team.

This role is ideal for a driven professional with end-to-end project delivery experience in the living sector. The successful candidate will take ownership of schemes from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential projects from feasibility through to construction and handover.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strategic objectives are met.
• Oversee project programming, procurement strategies, risk management, and contract administration.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to the company’s collaborative culture.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing full lifecycle (cradle-to-grave) residential or living sector projects.
• Proven track record delivering high-value schemes in a consultancy or client-side environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience leading client engagements.
• Deep understanding of procurement routes, contract administration, and risk management.
• Relevant professional qualifications (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the London residential property market and planning processes.
