Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Midlands office team. This role provides the opportunity to manage a wide variety of projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and data center sectors, overseeing the entire project lifecycle-from inception to completion. The successful candidate will take on a leadership role, managing and delivering complex projects while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to timelines and budgets.

This position requires extensive experience in project management and contract administration, particularly with NEC3 or NEC4 and JCT contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects of significant scale and complexity, with a strong focus on delivering results across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and data center sectors.
• Oversee contract administration, ensuring full compliance with contract terms (NEC3, NEC4, JCT).
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide expert advice to clients, guiding them through the project lifecycle and ensuring their objectives are met.
• Act as Employer's Agent, ensuring that all client requirements are incorporated and adhered to throughout the project.
• Maintain and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for continued business development.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction consulting, with a focus on managing complex projects across various sectors.
• Contract Experience: Strong experience in contract administration, specifically with NEC3, NEC4, or JCT contracts.
• Qualifications: A construction-related degree (e.g., Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering) is required.
• Employer's Agent Experience: Previous experience in an Employer's Agent role is essential.
• NEBOSH Qualification: A valid NEBOSH qualification is required to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
