Salary: 75k - 80k + Package

A dynamic and growing consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its team. Specialising in residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments, the firm has quickly built a strong reputation, delivering high-profile projects across the UK.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will take a lead role in managing large-scale developments from inception to completion. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile projects, including Build-to-Ren, Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, and co-living developments, while collaborating closely with a highly skilled team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from cradle to grave, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Oversee project finances, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Work closely with clients and external consultants, building strong relationships.
• Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in Project Management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record delivering BTR, PBSA, or residential schemes is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members.
• Ability to lead projects independently and confidently manage stakeholders.
• Minimum 3-4 years at the same company, demonstrating commitment and stability.
