About the Opportunity
Our client, a renowned Built Environment Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and deliver high-profile projects across various industry sectors, including urban redevelopment (commercial office, residential, and placemaking) and healthcare. The role encompasses all project stages, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment for a construction project management professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and successfully deliver complex construction projects across various sectors.
• Manage and nurture client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals effectively.
• Oversee projects during pre-construction stages, ensuring seamless progress.
• Prepare detailed and accurate project reports.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in construction project management, including managing professional teams.
• Expertise in mixed-use urban redevelopment and/or healthcare projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including MS Project, is essential.
• Degree in a construction-related field is preferred, but candidates from all educational backgrounds will be considered.
• Professional accreditation (or progress toward accreditation) with bodies such as RICS, CIOB, or APM is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Confidence in leading client-facing meetings and delivering presentations.
