Senior Project Manager

Location: Manchester
Salary: £60,000 + Package

Our client is a leading independent business specialising in construction project management and cost consultancy services, with a strong track record in the industrial, mixed-use, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.

About the Role:

• Lead project teams
• Lead consultants and contractors
• Handle contract administration
• Manage employees' agents
• Oversee programme management
• Manage stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of construction consultancy experience
• RICS accredited degree
• Proven experience in leading complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
