Nqobile Ntombela brings a wealth of international experience in construction, project management, and data centres. Originally from South Africa, she earned her degree in construction management and began her career in civil structures. Her global journey includes working across sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and the UK, where she gained valuable insights into navigating diverse markets and managing major projects. Since 2018, she has specialised in the fast-paced data centre industry, rising to the role of Project Director on large-scale builds in Frankfurt and beyond.
Passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion in the built environment, Nqobile uses her own journey to inspire and guide others. Her unique perspective as a young woman in construction helps mentees navigate challenges, build confidence, and tackle imposter syndrome. She emphasises the importance of self-belief and competence, empowering mentees to thrive in demanding environments.
