Mary Osuagwu is a seasoned project and program management professional with a background in large-scale infrastructure projects across multiple sectors, including rail, highways, defence, local government, and energy. Beginning her career as a trainee quantity surveyor, she transitioned into project and program management in 2012, a bold move that has shaped her dynamic and adaptable leadership style.
Mary has been both a mentee and a mentor at various levels, including reverse mentoring, where she has gained valuable insights from junior colleagues. She has also mentored individuals through the Prince’s Trust, supporting professionals from non-traditional backgrounds in entering and excelling in their careers.
